Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
- Provide expert guidance on homeowners and auto insurance policies.
- Develop and present tailored insurance proposals.
- Effectively close sales and build a loyal client base.
- Maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on insurance preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
- A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most.
- Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, follow-thru, and follow-up.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- A valid Florida Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
- Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
