Salary Range: $35000.00 - $60000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their unique insurance needs.
• Provide expert guidance on homeowners and auto insurance policies.
• Develop and present tailored insurance proposals.
• Effectively close sales and build a loyal client base.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.

• Proven experience in sales, with a focus on insurance preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software is a plus.
• A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most.
• Proficiency in multitasking, follow-through, follow-thru, and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• A valid Florida Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of prior sales experience is preferred.
• Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
