Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with home appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various appliance brands and models.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their appliance issues and repair options.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all repair work.
- Assist in training new technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
- Proven experience as a home appliance technician or in a similar role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

This is a field role: the work happens at customer and job sites rather than at a single worksite, and you will be based within driving distance of the job location. Expect day trips to customers' homes
