How you’ll make an impact

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances—refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience at every visit
• Keep your parts inventory and service vehicle organized and ready
• Offer helpful solutions and recommendations to customers

What you bring

• Mechanical aptitude with sharp troubleshooting instincts
• A valid driver’s license
• Comfort with physically active work: lifting, moving, and maneuvering appliances
• Appliance repair background is a plus
• Clear communication and strong customer service skills

Field-first work

This is a mobile, field-based position. You’ll be based within driving distance of the service area, visiting customer locations on day trips—most evenings you’ll be back home.
