Home Appliance Quality Analyst

This role is responsible for monitoring product quality trends, identifying issues, coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and headquarters, and providing reporting and presentations to stakeholders. The Home Appliance Quality Analyst supports service quality and product performance initiatives through data analysis, product evaluations, testing, and root cause investigations.

Summary
The Home Appliance Quality Analyst supports service quality and product performance initiatives through data analysis, product evaluations, testing, and root cause investigations. This role is responsible for monitoring product quality trends, identifying issues, coordinating corrective actions with internal teams and headquarters, and providing reporting and presentations to stakeholders. The position is fully onsite and offers an opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in the home appliance industry to develop expertise in quality analysis and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly and monthly analysis for product quality sensing, including analysis by product, model, and symptoms
• Monitor new model quality performance by comparing benchmark model trends
• Coordinate weekly and monthly reports and presentations for all related teams
• Conduct new product evaluations and testing efforts to support continuous improvement in product and service quality
• Analyze, evaluate, and test various home appliance product categories
• Identify top symptoms and issues, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams, HQ, and factories
• Analyze product quality data, including ASR trends across projects and models
• Monitor quality case issues through daily ticket tracking
• Manage theme cards for pending and in-progress quality issues until solutions are identified through communication with HQ
• Support part and unit retrieval activities

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an analytics-focused role
• Strong interest in the home appliance industry
• Ability to assemble and disassemble parts as part of R&R activities
• Valid ability to drive and travel locally between the training facility, warehouse, and office
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, and design
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a business-related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Korean/Bilingual skills are recommended, but not required
• Experience in home appliance service, analysis, root cause determination, and troubleshooting (preferred but not required)
