Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Home Appliance Master Service Technician to join our growing team in West Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and servicing major household appliances and will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

This position is ideal for a professional appliance technician who is currently working in the field or has recently worked full-time in appliance repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair major residential home appliances.
• Service washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, ovens, dishwashers, and other major household appliances.
• Accurately identify appliance issues and determine the appropriate repair solution.
• Complete repairs correctly and efficiently, preferably on the first service visit whenever possible.
• Use diagnostic tools, including a multimeter, to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and technical service documentation.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, and component-level troubleshooting.
• Identify defective parts and recommend appropriate replacement or repair.
• Maintain and properly use company-provided or personal tools and equipment.
• Document service calls, repairs, parts used, and customer information accurately.
• Use mobile applications and software for invoicing, scheduling, service documentation, and job updates.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain appliance problems and repair recommendations clearly.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while providing service at customer locations.
• Follow all company safety procedures and service standards.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
