What you’ll do (answering the big questions)

• What will I work on? — Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and microwaves.
• How will I spend my day? — Visit customers’ homes, diagnose issues, complete repairs, explain solutions, and keep your vehicle and parts organized.
• How do I help customers? — Provide outstanding service, clear communication, and practical recommendations.

Bring these credentials

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting mindset
• EPA Type I or Universal Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and move appliances; comfortable with an active workday
• Prior appliance repair experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
