Job Summary**

The Laborer (Non-Driver, Electrical) will assist skilled electricians and other crew members with various tasks on electrical construction projects, primarily focusing on manual labor, material handling, and site support. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions and requires strong physical stamina and adherence to safety protocols.

Job Responsibilities**

* Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components, including pulling wire, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
* Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from vehicles and transport them to work areas.
* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under direct supervision.
* Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
* Prepare work sites by setting up cones, barriers, and other safety equipment.
* Assist with the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures and scaffolding.
* Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures diligently.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead electrician.

Job Qualifications**

* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Previous experience in construction or a related outdoor labor role is a plus.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly and for extended periods.
* Strong physical stamina, dexterity, and ability to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).
* Basic understanding of electrical safety practices is beneficial.
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
* Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Possession of or ability to obtain relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA 10) is a plus.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
