IDR is seeking a Holiday Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, TN. This seasonal role involves hands-on tasks related to creating festive displays and decorating for various commercial settings during the holiday season. The position offers a chance to work within a dynamic environment focused on holiday preparation and installation.

Position Overview for the Holiday Specialist:

• Responsible for producing, preparing, and installing holiday displays such as trees, garland, wreaths, and other décor.
• Assist with inventory management and warehouse organization to ensure timely execution of holiday-related tasks.
• Work on-site at customer locations and in warehouse facilities, assisting with decorating commercial spaces.
• Flexibility required during peak holiday season, with potential for longer hours, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Support refurbishing and assembling holiday orders to meet specifications and ensure quality.

Requirements for the Holiday Specialist:

• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage one’s time.
• Ability to work on ladders and scissor lifts.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to adapt to changing schedules during the holiday season.
• Previous hands-on or holiday decoration experience preferred but not required.
