Hobe Sound Housekeeper

Location: Hobe Sound, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour days, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events as needed
Compensation: $40/hour + benefits
Our client is seeking an experienced, professional Housekeeper to maintain their property to the highest standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a structured environment, and can work independently with little supervision.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable, with the ability to manage daily responsibilities autonomously while remaining flexible enough to assist with additional projects as requested. This role is best suited for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality who is comfortable taking direction, staying focused on assigned priorities, and maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive daily housekeeping, including deep cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, stone, wood, and other specialty surfaces using appropriate techniques and products
• Maintain all rooms and common areas to exceptional presentation standards
• Laundry, ironing, steaming, and folding
• Organize closets, storage areas, pantries, and additional storage spaces
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
• Support the household team with additional tasks as requested and special projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while respecting the privacy of the principals
• Communicate professionally and follow established household procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Housekeeper in a private residence
• Strong knowledge of caring for fine furnishings, artwork, and specialty surfaces
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision
• Comfortable taking direction and remaining focused on assigned responsibilities
• Flexible and willing to assist with changing household needs and projects
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative team-player mentality
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional, discreet, dependable, and service-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
