As an Association Administrator, your average day will include:
- High volume of phone and email communication with vendors, homeowners, and Boards daily.
- Proofread, edit, and process various types of correspondence and mailings for multiple Associations.
- Obtain bids, create and send work orders, and assist managers in overseeing projects and activities of contract service providers such as landscapers, exterminators, trash collectors, major repair contractors, utility service repairers, and swimming pool staff.
- Submit reservation requests for Board and homeowner meetings and arrange meeting locations as needed.
- Attend Board meetings at least once per quarter, and as requested by the Board or Manager (most meetings are held remotely via Zoom or GoTo Meeting).
- Create and maintain detailed reports, inventories, spreadsheets, and reference lists.
- Document all correspondence in the homeowner database and track time daily.
