Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized paralegal.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex litigation matters, coordinating discovery, preparing court filings, and communicating directly with clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on a diverse caseload involving commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and condominium and HOA-related matters.

Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation from case inception through trial.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, notices, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
Coordinate and manage discovery, including document production, interrogatories, requests for admission, and deposition preparation.
Maintain case files and organize litigation documents.
Prepare hearing, mediation, arbitration, and trial binders.
Perform legal and factual research as requested by attorneys.
Monitor court deadlines and maintain litigation calendars.
Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, expert witnesses, and vendors.
Review, summarize, and analyze medical, financial, business, and real estate records.
Assist with trial preparation, witness coordination, and exhibit management.
Utilize case management and document management systems effectively.


Qualifications
Associate's degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.
Experience supporting commercial litigation, real estate litigation, business disputes, or HOA/condominium matters preferred.
Strong understanding of Florida state court procedures and filing requirements.
Experience with e-filing in Florida courts.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
Spanish fluency is a plus.
Strong document management and case organization abilities.
Experience preparing attorneys for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Client-focused mindset with the ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive matters.
