Requirements/Benefits:
-Judicial Clerkship and strong writing skills are required. A qualified candidate must be self-motivated, thorough and detailed oriented.

-Candidates must have New Jersey condo law experience.
Job Duties:
-Experience in handling disputes between condo owner's associations, documents and actual court representation.
-Noise regulations and HOA laws specific to different counties.
-Reserve fund issues, condo development for the state and local regulations.
Salary range 100k+
