    Part time Medical Assistant position. Looking for a medical assistant to come in from 8 am to 4 pm during the weekdays.

It is a non-invasive, outpatient procedure that is FDA approved and has helped numerous patients with depression who have not received adequate results from antidepressants.


    As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support the doctor, staff and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Screen patients and document basic psychiatric history
    • Organize and schedule appointments
    • Take vital signs
    • Administer injections and specialized treatments for depression
    • Contact patients and pharmacies"

    Requirements

    NHA CCMA certification required. Covid vaccine is required.

    • Proven working experience as a medical assistant
    • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
    • Social perceptiveness and service oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organisational and planning skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software
    • Degree in medical assistance"
