Job Summary (List Format):
- Configure and maintain Epic Cadence/Prelude systems, ensuring industry and client standards, build quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Debug and resolve issues/defects in the Epic Cadence/Prelude build and configuration.
- Translate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications, and review with clients for accuracy.
- Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert (SME) to both local and client-based team members.
- Participate in medium to large scale Epic software upgrades or workflow enhancements, including design, build, and test phases.
- Attend and contribute to design and validation sessions, ensuring proper documentation, follow-up, and issue escalation.
- Act as a liaison between Operations, IT, and Third-Party Systems.
- Provide support for application incidents via the help desk.
- Support system go-lives and upgrades as assigned.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Epic software functionality and relevant operational workflows.
- Perform in-depth workflow analysis, data collection, report detailing, and troubleshooting for Epic software.
- Collaborate with trainers to develop and maintain application-specific training materials and curriculum.
- Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with end users, customers, and business partners.
- Attend and actively participate in project meetings and related activities.
