Job Title: Temporary Histotechnician

Location: Monroe County, NY

Shift: TBA

Pay: $2900/week with wages and tax free stipend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gross tissue specimen processing and preparation of pathology slides.
• Embedding, cutting, and staining histologic/surgical tissue sections.
• Performing quality control, instrument checks, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Clinical laboratory technologist/technician or histology technician license in New York State (NYS) is mandatory.
• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in a science discipline is preferred
