A dermatopathology laboratory in the Scottsdale area is seeking a Lab Operations Manager to oversee its laboratory operations.

The organization recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility and is looking for an experienced leader who can manage the team, maintain high-quality laboratory standards, and oversee day-to-day operations.

Position Overview:

• Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations.

• Lead Histology personnel and daily workflows.

• Manage quality control, staffing, and operational efficiency.

• Maintain regulatory compliance and laboratory standards.

• Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the team.

Qualifications:

• HT(ASCP) or HTL(ASCP) certification required.

• Previous experience managing a Histology laboratory required.

• Strong leadership and operational management skills.

• Master's degree preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $115K–$140K annual base salary

• Sign-on bonus available
