About the Role:Mi Sabor Mexican Kitchen in Glendora, CA is looking for energetic and passionate Servers and Bussers to join our team! Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests warmly, providing an exceptional dining experience from start to finish
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to kitchen staff
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and ingredients
- Clear and reset tables quickly to ensure smooth table turnover (Bussers)
- Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering items, and supporting the front-of-house team
- Keep dining areas clean, organized, and stocked throughout each shift
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude
Requirements:- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 18+ (if serving alcohol, per California law)
