Join a dedicated supply chain team in Corvallis, Oregon, as a Warehouse and Inventory Specialist and play a key role in quality control and material management every day! As a Warehouse and Inventory Specialist, you will own the accuracy of all materials entering, moving through, and leaving the facilityboth physically and digitally in the ERP system. Operating in an ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 regulated manufacturing environment, you will ensure total traceability and process compliance for high-tech medical, clean-tech, and defense product assemblies.
What You'll Do
As a Warehouse and Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for - Receiving all incoming materials against purchase orders in Cetec ERP, verifying quantities, part numbers, lot codes, and supplier certifications. - Labeling, scanning, and placing stock into designated system bin locations to maintain accurate real-time inventory tracking. - Kitting materials for production work orders, flagging shortages early, and processing post-build returns. - Executing scheduled cycle counts, maintaining expiration logs, and managing moisture-sensitive components (MSD) per IPC standards. - Handling, logging, and physically quarantining nonconforming or damaged materials per quality procedures. - Maintaining strict segregation between company-owned, customer-owned, and quarantined inventory.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have - High school diploma or GED equivalent required. - 3+ years of warehouse, receiving, stockroom, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing environment. - Direct hands-on experience performing inventory transactions within an ERP or MRP system. (Experience with Cetec ERP is a huge plus) - Previous experience in electronics manufacturing and familiarity with ESD controls or ISO quality environments is a major plus. - Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow written procedures strictly. - Physical capability to stand/walk for the shift, read small date/lot codes on component labels, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
