As a
Production Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting daily operations by operating machinery and assisting with packaging and baling. You'll work closely with a team committed to sustainability and innovation, contributing to the production of eco-friendly products. What You'll Do
As a
Production Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and assisting with packaging and baling equipment to ensure efficient product flow.
- Working around machinery that compresses wood by-products, maintaining safe and efficient operations.
- Loading bags, removing finished bales, and preparing products for shipment to meet daily quotas.
- Recording bale weights and maintaining accurate daily production logs for quality control and reporting purposes.
- Performing routine maintenance and making basic adjustments to equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
- Supporting forklift operations as needed, with training and certification provided if necessary.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or production.
- Forklift experience is preferred, not required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time (up to 7+ hours).
- Good hand-eye coordination and focus to ensure safety and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for recording weights and measurements.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Location & Schedule:
