Job Title: Processing Operator
Pay: $22.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Day Shift)

As a Processing Operator I, you'll support the manufacturing team by operating equipment, maintaining product standards, and documenting processes meticulously. What You’ll Do
As a Processing Operator I, you will be responsible for:
• Operating and adjusting production machinery to perform changeovers, routine maintenance, and cleaning following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Guiding and coordinating team efforts to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
• Ensuring a smooth workflow by monitoring equipment and promptly reporting any issues to maintenance or supervisors.
• Conducting in-process quality checks and completing accurate documentation, including digital logs and deviation reports, with attention to detail.
• Collaborating with maintenance staff to troubleshoot equipment concerns and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Upholding safety and cleanliness standards to prevent accidents and promote a high-quality manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• A high school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications in manufacturing are a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a regulated or GMP setting.
• Ability to understand how machinery works and recognize when adjustments or troubleshooting are needed.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, taking initiative while collaborating effectively with team members.
• Basic math skills, including weight calculations and unit conversions.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and a commitment to quality and safety.
