Title: Storage Administrator

Primary Platforms: System Automation, Disaster Recovery, IWS, Storage Administration

Monitor platform health for System Automation subsystems and Storage Administration across development, test, QA, and production environments.

Respond to incidents and alerts impacting System Automation, Storage Administration and IWS, providing timely problem determination and resolution.

Work with staff on planning, testing, and troubleshooting issues related to System Automation, Storage Administration, IWS, and Disaster Recovery.

Analyze failures and errors by reviewing logs, job output, and system messages to identify root cause and corrective actions.

Execute approved changes for System Automation and IWS in accordance with change management standards.

Maintain availability and data integrity, ensuring services remain stable and recoveries are completed correctly.

Support annual software upgrades for Z/OS across all environments.
