    Description

    We are seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst – OpTime to support the design, build, testing, implementation, and optimization of Epic OpTime/Anesthesia applications and integrated workflows. The analyst will collaborate with clinical and business teams, provide technical support, manage system improvements, and support users across multiple operating room locations.

    Job Type: Direct Hire
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
    Hours: 75 hours per pay period
    Pay Rate: $46.66–$69.99/hr
    100% Remote
     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, build, test, maintain, and support Epic OpTime/Anesthesia applications
    • Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely user support
    • Gather user requirements and recommend workflow improvements
    • Support projects, system upgrades, and application enhancements
    • Coordinate third-party integrations, testing, and vendor activities
    • Create test plans and document testing results and system changes
    • Provide end-user training and go-live support
    • Develop and maintain application workflow documentation
    • Create reports using applicable reporting tools
    • Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to resolve complex issues
    • Participate in IT meetings, change management, and process improvement initiatives
    • Support security, downtime, backup, and disaster recovery procedures

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3+ years of application-related experience
    • Epic OpTime certification required
    • Anesthesia certification is a plus
    • OpTime experience required
    • Application testing experience
    • Third-party integration experience
    • Clinical or business experience preferred
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Strong interest in healthcare technology and process improvement
