Title: Deployment Coordinator

Duration : 12months Contract
Job Summary
We are looking for a Deployment Coordinator to support and coordinate software and application deployments across multiple environments. The ideal candidate will work with Development, QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Business teams to ensure smooth and successful releases.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate software and application deployments.
- Maintain deployment schedules and release calendars.
- Work with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to ensure deployment readiness.
- Track deployment progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure required approvals and documentation are completed before releases.
- Communicate deployment status and resolve deployment-related issues.
- Support release management and change management activities.
- Maintain deployment and release records.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in deployment coordination, release management, or IT operations.
- Knowledge of SDLC and release management processes.
- Familiarity with ITIL and change management practices.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, or ServiceNow.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deployments in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
