Rinker Materials is hiring Production Workers!

Join us for our Production Worker Hiring Event on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals interested in joining our Indianapolis-area production teams.

Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

This event is designed to provide candidates with a faster, more direct hiring experience. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to meet with plant leadership, interview onsite, and potentially receive a same-day hiring decision.

What to Expect

During the hiring event, candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Interview onsite with Rinker plant leadership
• Learn more about available Production Worker opportunities
• Discuss schedules, shifts, pay, and job expectations

• Potentially receive a hiring decision while onsite

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

Previous experience in manufacturing, production, construction, concrete, warehouse, machine operation, assembly, or another industrial environment is helpful.

Compensation

$20.00–$24.00 per hour

Pay will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
