This is an onsite, interview-focused hiring event designed to fast-track qualified candidates through our hiring process.

What We’re Looking For:
â Strong communication and customer service skills
â Healthcare, medical billing, insurance follow-up, collections, or call center experience preferred
â Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
â Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
â Customer-focused attitude and willingness to learn
â Ability to work onsite in Lakeland, FL
ð° Compensation:
Healthcare Customer Service Specialist: $16 -$18.00 per hour (based on experience)
Additional BONUS opportunity: Customer Service positions may also be eligible for a $500 quarterly bonus based on production and quality performance.
