Key Responsibilities
Lead nursing operations, staffing, and team performance.
Ensure quality resident care and effective care planning.
Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Oversee clinical documentation, EMR, and nursing standards.
Mentor nursing staff and foster a strong team culture.
Requirements
Bachelorâs degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current RN license
CPR/BLS certification
Nursing leadership/supervisory experience
Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
