Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Residential | $18/hr
Location: 73rd Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19126
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Pay: $18 per hour


We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential home environment. Overnight positions are currently available.


Available Shifts:


Overnights

• Thursday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  
  
• Friday: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  
  
• Saturday: 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and supervision in a residential home
  
  
• Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, meal prep)
  
  
• Ensure safety and follow individualized care plans
  
  
• Support community and recreational activities
  
  
• Complete required documentation
  
  

Requirements:

• DSP or caregiving experience preferred
  
  
• Reliable transportation
  
  
• Ability to work scheduled shifts consistently
  
  
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  
  
• Must pass background checks and required clearances
