About the Role
As a Hiring Associate, youll play a direct role in evaluating candidates and determining who advances through our hiring process.
Youll conduct structured interviews, assess candidates against defined criteria, and make clear recommendations. This role is about judgment, not just coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live video interviews with prospective candidates
- Evaluate candidates using structured criteria
- Make clear pass/fail or advance recommendations
- Maintain fairness and consistency across decisions
- Escalate edge cases or ambiguous situations
Requirements
- Strong judgment and decision-making ability
- Confident communicator on video calls
- Ability to assess people quickly and accurately
- Structured thinker who follows defined frameworks
- 30+ hours/week availability
