Healthcare United is seeking a skilled and motivated Interventional Pain Medicine physician to join our thriving private practice in Fort Myers, FL. This is a turn-key, immediate need opportunity with exceptionally high earning potential, ASC ownership, and partnership opportunities.
You’ll be joining a gorgeous, state-of-the-art facility, supported by a full team including APPs, scribes for note dictation, medical assistants, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners. Everything is in place for you to hit the ground running and succeed.
Full-time outpatient schedule: Monday–Friday
Four half-days per week in the surgery center and six half-days per week in the clinic
Immediate need with an established patient base
Turn-key environment with APP and scribe support
Partnership opportunity and ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) ownership potential after 2 years
Must have interest in Spinal injections, more complex cases/interventional pain cases
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Medicine
- Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Proficiency in interventional pain procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate with two NPs managing medical care
- Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
The Pain Medicine physician will perform a comprehensive range of minimally invasive and interventional spine procedures, including:
Interventional Spine Procedures
• Interspinous fixation and fusion device placement including InSpan and MINUTEMAN
• Facet joint stabilization including FacetFuse
• Facet joint injections under fluoroscopic guidance
• Basivertebral nerve ablation including Intracept
• Intradiscal biologic procedures including VIA Disc
• Percutaneous disc procedures including Disc FX and disc decompression
• Radiofrequency ablation of medial branch nerves
• Sacroiliac joint injections and minimally invasive SI joint fusion
• Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression MILD
Epidural and Nerve Root Interventions
• Lumbar and cervical epidural steroid injections
• Selective nerve root injections
Cervical Spine Interventions
• Cervical facet injections
• Cervical radiofrequency ablation
Vertebral Augmentation
• Kyphoplasty
• Sacroplasty
Neuromodulation and Implantable Therapies
• Spinal cord stimulator trials and permanent implantation
• Peripheral nerve stimulator implantation
• Intrathecal spinal infusion pump placement
Peripheral Nerve and Headache Procedures
• Peripheral nerve blocks
• Stellate ganglion blocks
• Sphenopalatine ganglion blocks
• Botox injections for chronic migraine
