    Description

    Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking an experienced BC/BE Hospitalist to join our team at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Our physician-led program is seeking an energetic and compassionate physician to join us. 

    • Open 20-bed ICU
    • Doing procedures is not required, but optional
    • Patient volume cap is 18-22
    • Coverage for one hospital
    • Position is base pay, not RVU
    • Mandatory Critical Care Consult
    • There is a Code Team, Rapid Response Team, Stroke Team, and 24/7 Intensivist support
    • Patient ages 18 & up
    • Schedule includes day shift only - 182 shifts per year (7 on/7 off), extra shifts available

    •  EPIC (Gold Star 9 level)- electronic health record system integrated throughout all hospital and practice locations
