    Hip & Knee Orthopedic Surgeon

    Florida | Partnership Track | $800K–$1M+ Potential

A well-established, physician-led orthopedic group across Central, Eastern, and Western Florida is seeking a Hip & Knee Orthopedic Surgeon (no generalists) to join their high-performing team.

This group partners closely with a major hospital system, offering the best of both worlds: hospital resources and stability with private practice autonomy. You’ll bill through the hospital while being employed directly by the physician group.

    Why This Opportunity Stands Out

    • Base Salary: $400,000–$650,000 (based on experience, fellowship training, research background)

    • Earning Potential: Most surgeons earning $800,000–$1M+ within 2 years

    • Partnership Track: 1–2 years (dependent on experience and guarantee structure)

    • Buy-In: Low six-figure investment with strong ROI (typically recouped within 2 years) + profit distributions and retirement payout

    • RVU-Based Compensation + Call Pay

    • EMR: Epic

    • Full Clinical Support: Dedicated clinical assistant + in-clinic support team to assist with documentation, scheduling, patient follow-ups, and administrative workflow

    The Role

    • Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee

    • Access to established referral patterns and strong surgical volume

    • Collaborative environment with experienced orthopedic colleagues

    Requirements

    • MD or DO eligible for licensure in Florida

    • Board Certified (or Board Eligible if recently trained)

This is a rare opportunity to step into a respected, high-volume orthopedic practice that offers immediate stability and long-term wealth-building potential — without sacrificing autonomy.

If you're looking to build equity, grow your surgical volume quickly, and practice in a thriving Florida market, this is worth a conversation.
