HIM Specialist I-Crestwood Medical Center-FT-1st shift

Overview: Responsible for completing and maintaining all information necessary for the preparation of birth/death certificates, paternities, hearing screening, and monthly reports. Experience: Must be highly proficient in typing, as well as computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows.

Overview:

Responsible for completing and maintaining all information necessary for the preparation of birth/death certificates, paternities, hearing screening, and monthly reports. Interviews parents and reviews the medical record to insure complete and accurate information. Performs other related duties incidental to the work herein

Qualifications:

Education: -A high school diploma or GED

Experience:  Must be highly proficient in typing, as well as computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows
