Hilti Store Regional Manager

The Hilti Store Regional Manager is accountable for planning, developing and maintaining the profitable operation of assigned Hilti Stores in a defined geography. This position is responsible for increasing sales, profitability growth and people development. The regional manager is responsible for overall performance

management of his/her team via Hilti's source and select process, strategic manpower development process and performance management process.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years in a position that includes managerial/leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, adapt to a fast paced, dynamic environment on a regular basis
• Ability to gather appropriate information and analyze it to develop & implement effective strategies
• Excellent problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task
