Description:
HIL Engineer responsible for designing, building, commissioning, maintaining, and supporting Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for automotive validation. The role includes HIL architecture design, BOM and wiring documentation development, model configuration, open- and closed-loop testing, bench readiness, system updates, troubleshooting, corrective actions, reporting, and feature validation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design HIL architectures and develop bills of materials and wiring documentation.
• Support procurement, HIL system build, and bench commissioning.
• Configure models and perform open-loop and closed-loop testing.
• Maintain bench readiness and execute required system updates.
• Troubleshoot HIL issues and manage corrective actions.
• Generate reports and support feature validation.
• Follow applicable safety requirements.
