Define system boundaries and requirements for simulator IO instrumentation. Configure HIL platforms e.g., dSPACE, NI for ECU testing. Develop signal conditioning and interface circuits for HIL benches. Plan and execute commissioning activities for all E&E modules. Validate simulator functionality and troubleshoot test benches. Ensure accurate simulation of vehicle dynamics and sensor inputs. Develop automated test scripts using Python, CAPL, or MATLAB. Execute functional, regression, and fault injection tests. Analyze test results and report anomalies. Work with feature owners, software developers, and test engineers. Review electrical schematics and translate them into hardware requirements. Maintain documentation for test setups, procedures, and results.
