Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues efficiently, providing prompt solutions to customers.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on heating and cooling equipment.
Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used for each job.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systems.
Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in HVAC services.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Valid HVAC certification and relevant licenses required.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
