High-Volume Staffing Recruiter – Remote

$22–$24/hr + Placement Commission | Central Time Zone | 3–9+ Month Assignment

MMC Group is seeking experienced High-Volume Staffing Recruiters to join our Non-Technical Staffing Team during a major hiring period.

We are expanding our search to include remote recruiters located within the Central Time Zone.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing multiple high-priority requisitions.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Conducting candidate screens and interviews.
• Making qualified candidate submissions.
• Working toward 24–48-hour submission turnaround times.
• Managing changing priorities and competing hiring deadlines.
• Quickly pivoting between requisitions as business needs change.
• Coordinating interviews and offers.
• Supporting background checks, compliance, and onboarding.
• Maintaining ATS documentation.
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Re-engaging existing candidate pipelines.
• Meeting daily and weekly production expectations.
• Working closely with recruiters, account managers, and internal stakeholders to achieve hiring goals.

What We Need

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting temporary and/or temp-to-hire employees preferred.
• Staffing agency background strongly preferred.
• Experience recruiting call center, customer service, administrative, clerical, accounting support, or light-industrial talent.
• ATS experience required; VMS experience preferred.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate-closing skills.
• Ability to successfully juggle multiple high-priority requisitions simultaneously.
• Ability to shift from one job or hiring initiative to another without losing momentum.
• Strong candidate communication and follow-through.
• High sense of urgency.
• Comfortable working in a production- and deadline-driven recruiting environment.

Remote Requirements

Remote candidates must:

• Reside within the Central Time Zone.
• Be available and responsive throughout Central Time business hours.
• Maintain an appropriate remote work environment and dependable connectivity.
• Be able to collaborate effectively with a fast-moving recruiting team.

Important Schedule Requirement

Hiring demand does not always stop at 5:00 PM.

This role requires someone who can handle pressure and tight deadlines and who is willing to work after hours and on weekends when necessary to achieve hiring allotments and client deadlines.

Candidates must also be comfortable quickly pivoting between jobs and hiring initiatives when multiple deadlines are competing.

Compensation & Assignment

Pay: $22–$24/hour + placement commission
Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
Duration: Approximately 3–9+ months based on business needs
