Position Overview
Client is seeking a high-volume, transaction-focused recruiter in the Fort Worth, Texas area. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter (3-5 years of experience) to develop expertise in high-volume recruiting while working alongside experienced sourcers and talent acquisition professionals. You will manage a pipeline of 35-40 requisitions at any given time on average, focusing on moving candidates efficiently through the recruitment funnel.


Location & Work Model
Based in or near Fort Worth, TX (within reasonable driving distance)
Hybrid schedule with regular onsite work at Fort Worth operation (6037 Campus Dr, Fort Worth, TX)
Potential travel 25-30% of the time (once per quarter) to Hanover Park (Chicago, IL) and other company hubs
Comfortable with both local and national travel as needed to support business partners


About the Role
This is a high-volume, transaction-focused position designed for early-career recruiters who thrive in fast-paced environments. You will work primarily in the "top of the funnel" alongside dedicated sourcers, moving candidates efficiently through the recruitment process. Rather than managing full-cycle recruiting or strategic hiring initiatives, you will focus on filling high-volume roles and maintaining momentum across a large pipeline of requisitions.
Core Responsibilities
Manage 35-40 requisitions simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy
Work alongside dedicated sourcers, focusing on top-of-funnel candidate movement and funnel progression
Screen, qualify, and move candidates through interview stages with urgency
Operate across recruiting systems and track activity accurately for reporting and metrics
Maintain organized records and communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Required Experience & Traits


Experience
3-5 years of recruiting experience (early-career level; not seeking senior or full-cycle recruiters)
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting environments
Experience recruiting for high-volume roles (like warehouse or insurance roles)

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities
Must be highly organized, responsive, and able to work with urgency and speed
Confident working independently while staying aligned with the broader talent acquisition team
Strong attention to detail, particularly with system tracking and candidate data
MUST be Passionate, energetic, upbeat, enthusiastic, and lively personality; a cultural fit is just as important as a technical fit
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
