The Opportunity

As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who are ready to explore upgrading their showers, bathtubs, and the wet-area of their bathrooms.

Using our proven sales process and 3D design technology, you'll help homeowners visualize their new space, recommend customized remodeling solutions, and guide them confidently toward a purchasing decision.

Your goal is simple: deliver a great customer experience, communicate value, and close the project during the appointment.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 2–3 scheduled in-home sales consultations per day
• Build rapport and identify each homeowner's needs, goals, and budget
• Evaluate existing bathrooms and develop customized remodeling solutions
• Present premium products, design options, and financing solutions
• Use 3D design software to help homeowners visualize their transformation
• Confidently overcome objections and close high-value projects
• Complete accurate measurements, contracts, and project documentation
• Follow our established sales process and maintain strong communication with management
• Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance expectations

Preferred Experience:

Previous success in in-home sales, home improvement, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, remodeling, flooring, kitchens, automotive, furniture, or another high-ticket sales industry is strongly preferred.

Bathroom remodeling experience is not required. We can teach you our products and process. We're looking for professionals who already understand how to sell.

Schedule & Territory

This is a field-based sales position serving homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast, Florida.

Appointments are scheduled around homeowner availability, so flexibility is essential.

• Availability for daytime and evening appointments
• Saturday availability required
• Travel throughout your assigned sales territory
• Ability to maintain a consistent appointment schedule
