Throughout the shift, you keep a close eye on automated equipment, verify that every finished product meets our standards, and keep your area spotless so production moves safely and efficiently. When something looks off, you troubleshoot, complete routine maintenance, and log accurate production data so the team can hit its targets.
Core Responsibilities
- Operate and closely monitor packaging machinery to maintain steady, reliable production.
- Inspect finished goods for accuracy and quality prior to pack-out.
- Keep the workstation clean and organized to support safety and efficiency.
- Work closely with teammates to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on packaging equipment.
- Record production metrics and promptly report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Follow all safety guidelines and quality control procedures.
What You Bring
- Experience in packaging or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
