Pay and Schedule
Pay: $22.72–$23.29 per hour
Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, 2-2-3 rotation
Overtime: As required
What You’ll Tackle
Run production equipment at or above target metrics for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization
Troubleshoot and fine-tune machine components to correct issues
Propose creative fixes that reduce downtime and stabilize output
Coach junior operators and share safe work practices
Complete accurate shift reports (crew time, machine time, quantity)
Inspect product, recognize nonconforming conditions, and adjust to eliminate defects
Uphold housekeeping, standard work, and all safety procedures
Take on additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
1+ year of experience in manufacturing/industrial settings operating production equipment
Mechanical aptitude and strong analytical, problem-solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication
Track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards
Physical Demands & Environment
Standing and walking continuously; frequent hand/arm use
Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching; stair climbing as needed
Frequent bending at the waist/hips
Lift/move: up to 10 lbs regularly, up to 15 lbs frequently, up to 50 lbs occasionally
