    • Plan and implement curriculum in conjunction with the Social Studies department designed to be personalized, engaging, and focused on developing skills and real-world applications.
    • Be open to exploring dual-enrollment and interdisciplinary courses and approaches to teaching and learning.
    • Utilize school and district resources such as instructional/pedagogical coaching to create engaging, future-focused lessons, units, and assessments.
    • Commit to ongoing professional learning and develop and adjust curriculum on an ongoing basis to meet students' needs and interests.
    • Stay current on best and burgeoning pedagogical and curricular practices.
    • Commit to our district's Vision Map that centers on reimagining learning, pursuit of passion, and building a culture of wellness in a future-focused system in an effort to develop "What School Can Be."
    • Plan collaboratively with colleagues and be open to sharing and learning with and from others.
