Caston High School is in search of an assistant volleyball coach for the 2026-2027 season.

Job Description: High School Volleyball Assistant Coach

Job Description Requirements: The Assistant Volleyball Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of the volleyball program including, but not limited to:

Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting practices.

Aid in player development and skill progression.

Help with game preparation and scouting

Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive team culture

Adhere to all IHSAA guidelines for your sport

Complete required coaching certifications and professional development.

Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times

Work collaboratively with the Head Coach, Athletic Director, school staff, and community.

All other coaching duties set by the head coach, athletic director, and building principal

Rate of Pay: Per ECA contract
