The ALE (Alternative Learning Environment) teacher will provide academic instruction, behavioral support, and individualized interventions for high school students in an alternative setting. Responsibilities include developing positive relationships with students, implementing individualized learning plans, monitoring academic progress, collaborating with staff and families, and creating a structured, supportive environment focused on student success, growth, and graduation readiness.
