Step into a key role in our warehouse team as a High Reach Forklift Operator (1st Shift). In this position, you’ll safely operate a reach truck at elevated heights to keep products moving—picking customer orders, replenishing inventory, organizing pallets, and supporting daily distribution operations. If you’re experienced with reach trucks and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to bring your skills to a team that values safety, accuracy, and productivity.
Required Skills
  • Previous reach truck experience required
  • Ability to safely operate a reach truck to lift, stack, move, and store products/materials
  • Experience working in a fast-paced distribution/warehouse environment
  • Ability to pick customer orders using RF scanners
  • Proficiency in locating, pulling, consolidating, moving, and replenishing cartons and pallets
  • Ability to retrieve empty pallets from rack locations and stack/organize them in designated areas
  • Capability to scan barcodes and accurately track inventory movements
  • Strong understanding and commitment to powered industrial truck safety procedures and company policies
  • Must ensure forklift batteries are plugged in and charging during breaks, lunch periods, and at the end of each shift
  • Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Reliable attendance with a strong work ethic
Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience using RF scanners (preferred)
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Preferred: Prior reach truck operating experience
  • Experience level:Experience required for this role (Resource forklift training and onsite equipment evaluation will also be required as part of readiness)
Other Requirements
  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Pay:$19.00
  • Must successfully complete Resource forklift training and an onsite equipment evaluation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Ability to work at elevated heights in a warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and willingness to support other warehouse functions as needed, including general material handling duties
