High-Reach Forklift and Order Picker Technician

What you’ll handle
- Track product locations with RF/handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment—forklifts, pallet jacks, and cherry pickers—requiring coordinated movement and attention to surroundings.
- Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to meet daily goals.
- Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Location: You’ll work in our warehouse facility supporting shipments across North America.
Tools and tech
- RF scanners and barcode readers
- Desktop computers and touchscreen interfaces
- Powered industrial trucks (forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker)
Schedule options
- Sunday - Wednesday Days 6:00am to 4:30pm
- Wednesday - Saturday Days 6:00am to 4:30pm
- Monday - Thursday Evenings 5:00pm to 3:30am
Must-have basics
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions to hit productivity and quality standards.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime as required.
- Comfort using department-specific technology (RF scanners, desktops, touchscreens).
Nice-to-have experience
- High school diploma or GED.
- Background in warehousing or manufacturing.
- Experience with forklifts or heavy machinery.
Physical realities of the job
- Extended periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl as tasks require.
- Frequent reaching, pulling, pushing, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
