Responsibilities

  • Complete PLACE Launch and master the systems and habits that create consistent closings
  • Follow proven lead generation models weekly to build a predictable pipeline of buyers and sellers
  • Consult with active buyer clients, secure signed agreements, and guide them confidently through the home-buying process
  • Develop strong negotiation skills to write competitive offers and advocate effectively for clients
  • Use PLACE technology to track goals, leads, activities, and income-producing opportunities
  • Host at least two open houses monthly to build your database, generate leads, and improve conversion skills
  • Turn conversations into appointments through proven prospecting systems and scripts
  • Participate in weekly script practice, trainings, and role play to sharpen communication and closing confidence
  • Engage in a collaborative, growth-focused team culture built around shared success
  • Attend weekly coaching sessions, Partner Calls, and accountability meetings designed to accelerate your growth
  • Learn advanced listing strategies including pricing, staging, positioning, and marketing homes for maximum results
  • Build a scalable referral-based business while increasing production and long-term income potential
