High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer
We are seeking a motivated High Net Worth Personal Lines Producer to grow our private client business throughout the Charlotte market. This role is ideal for a producer who thrives on relationship-building, proactive business development, and consultative sales within the affluent marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and close high net worth personal lines accounts including luxury homes, umbrella/excess liability, secondary residences, collectibles, watercraft, and specialty risks
- Build and expand referral relationships with wealth advisors, CPAs, estate attorneys, and other centers of influence
- Lead client discovery meetings, develop tailored coverage strategies, present recommendations, and close new business
- Maintain ownership of client relationships while partnering with the service team post-bind
- Achieve defined new business and advisor relationship growth goals
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of personal lines production experience, preferably in the high net worth/private client space
- Proven success prospecting and closing new business
- Strong consultative sales and networking abilities
- Comfortable working with affluent clientele and complex risk profiles
- Active Property & Casualty license required
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000 base salary plus strong commission splits
