High-End Retail Security Officer - New York, NY

Pay: $20-$22 Per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: Rotating shifts (full availability required, including evenings, weekends, holidays)

Overview:We are seeking polished, customer-focused Security Officers to support luxury retail environments. This role blends asset protection with high-end customer service, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong situational awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible yet discreet presence; professionally greet clients and staff
Monitor entrances, exits, and sales areas to prevent theft or disruptions
Conduct routine patrols (sales floor, fitting rooms, stock areas)
Respond quickly to suspicious activity, incidents, or emergencies
Assist with store operations (opening/closing, alarms, escorts, deliveries)
Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports
Communicate effectively with management, team members, and law enforcement
Support a safe, welcoming environment aligned with luxury brand standards

Required Qualifications:

Valid New York State Security Guard License
1-2 years of security experience
Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills
Ability to stay calm in fast-paced or high-pressure situations
Flexible availability for rotating schedules

Preferred:

Experience in luxury retail, loss prevention, or similar environments
Candidates are encouraged to dress in business professional attire for the interview.
