Job Description

Manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from planning to completion. Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Oversee site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate progress and address project challenges with stakeholders promptly. Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services. Supervise and guide construction teams to achieve project goals. Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and resolve any issues.
